It is the terroir, and the altitude of the vineyard where the grapes are grown that generate this nectar.
Our best Malvasia grapes are grown in the place called Salara, the highest in the area, with excellent sun exposure.
Some of the harvested grapes are left, on racks to dry in the sun. After pressing and a long maceration, the juice is aged in casks for a year until it's ready for drinking.
